StayBuilt is built by people who don't want to sell your data. This page tells you what information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
This Privacy Policy applies to the StayBuilt website (the "Site") and the StayBuilt iOS application (the "App"), both operated by Bwino Works ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or the App you agree to the practices described here.
I.Information we collect
On the website
When you visit our marketing website, we collect anonymous, aggregate analytics through Vercel Web Analytics — pages viewed, country (not city), referring source, and approximate session count. We do not use cookies for tracking, do not fingerprint your browser, and do not build advertising profiles. No personally identifiable information is collected from website visits.
In the iOS app
When you use the StayBuilt app, we may collect:
- Profile information you provide — age range, gender, activity level, areas of concern, GLP-1 medication status (if you choose to share it).
- Assessment results — your six-movement Functional Fitness scores and computed phase assignment.
- Workout logs — completed sessions, exercise difficulty ratings, and streaks.
- Optional health tracking — protein intake entries and GLP-1 injection logs, if you enable those features.
- Device information — iOS version, device model, app version, and crash logs (used to fix bugs).
Your assessment results, workout logs, and tracking data are stored on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable a sync feature in a future release.
If you contact us
When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and improve the product.
II.How we use information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Operate and improve the Site and the App.
- Personalize your training program based on your assessment.
- Send you transactional messages (account confirmations, support replies).
- Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs.
- Understand which marketing pages are useful, in aggregate.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not use your information to build profiles for targeting.
III.Apple Health integration
If you choose to enable Apple Health sync, the App may read certain health metrics (such as activity, weight, or body composition data you've entered into Apple Health) and write workout completions back to Apple Health under your control. This data is exchanged only between your device and Apple's HealthKit framework — it is not transmitted to Bwino Works servers, and you can revoke permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
IV.Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only the minimal technical storage necessary for the site to function (no consent banner is required because no consent is needed). The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
V.Third parties we work with
We use a small number of trusted services to operate StayBuilt:
- Vercel — hosts the website and provides anonymous analytics. Vercel privacy policy.
- Apple — distributes the App through the App Store and processes subscription payments. Apple's privacy policy applies to App Store transactions.
These providers process data on our behalf under written agreements that restrict their use of your information to the services they perform for us.
VI.Your rights and choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information (delete the App from your device to remove all locally stored data; email us to remove anything we hold server-side).
- Withdraw consent for any optional data sharing at any time.
- Object to specific uses of your information.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA respectively, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
VII.Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to provide support and historical context, then deleted on request.
VIII.Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices for the small number of people who can access systems. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities promptly.
IX.Health information disclaimer
X.Children's privacy
StayBuilt is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
XI.International transfers
Our service providers (such as Vercel) may process data in the United States and other countries. By using StayBuilt, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
XII.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of StayBuilt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
