StayBuilt provides general fitness, strength, and mobility programming for adults. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed physician, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.

By using StayBuilt, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety, and you agree to the terms below.

II.Consult your physician before starting

Speak to your doctor before beginning any exercise or nutrition program in StayBuilt, especially if you:

III.Exercise carries risk

Physical activity has inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, cardiovascular events, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. You participate in StayBuilt's programs at your own risk.

We do our best to include safe form cues, progressions, and contraindication-based adjustments, but we cannot assess your individual condition through an app. Only a qualified in-person professional can do that.

IV.Stop immediately and seek help

Stop the session and contact a healthcare professional if you experience any of the following:

  • Shortness of breath beyond what's normal for exertion
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting
  • Sudden severe joint or muscle pain
  • Nausea, cold sweats, or irregular heartbeat
  • Vision changes or severe headache

For emergencies, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

V.GLP-1 users specifically

StayBuilt is designed with GLP-1 users in mind, but the programming does not replace coordinated care with your prescribing physician. Changes to your exercise or protein intake can affect blood sugar, blood pressure, hydration, and medication response. Coordinate major changes with your care team.

VI.Nutrition content

Protein targets and nutrition guidance in StayBuilt reflect published clinical research (PROT-AGE consensus, Lyon Protocol, ACSM position stands) and are intended for generally healthy adults. They are not personalized dietary prescriptions.

If you have a kidney, liver, or metabolic condition, or a history of disordered eating, consult a registered dietitian before following any protein targets in the app.

VII.Assumption of risk

By using StayBuilt, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may result from your use of the programs, including those caused by negligence — to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
